Wedity was launched in 2009 by wedding photographer and serial entrepreneur Eric McCarty. He began his photography business in 1998. Eric's experience and knowledge of the relationships and shared interests of brides-to-be, wedding venues, and photographers/videographers led to this one-of-a-kind website.

Our narrow focus is to display professional imagery in an elegant and impressive manner. This focus guides each decision we make and is the reason you will find very little text and extraneous information. Our job is to show images and video really, really well.

Wedity is the third entrepreneurial venture by Eric. The first, his photography business, is still alive and thriving. Entrepreneurial baron and celebrity Mark Cuban(Dallas Mavericks Owner) backed Eric's second idea. The only problem is he backed it through another founder - Jason Calacanis. :) Compare FellowTip.com (Eric's venture launched June 2008) with Mahalo Answers (Calacanis' venture launched December 2008).
